The minimal rust would also suggest that it was mostly just parked for
the winter over the last several decades. Now, if it was from out in
my part of country it would be a much different story. My has a fleet
service contract with Qwest in Southern Oregon. They sell the trucks
once they hit 100,000 miles (occasionally it get's streached to
150,000). For most of the bucket trucks they get there in 2-3 years
with running back and forth all over the county, for some of the
smaller ones that mostly just do jobs around town they can go 10 or 15
years.
