You're gonna hafta do more than just tapping....
Get yourself a helicoil kit that matches the threads on the retainer bolt.
The kit should have everything you need except a tap wrench & you can
probably pick
THAT up at the Depot or AZ or a hardware store.
It's gonna cost ya bout $50 for the helicoil kit & another $10 for the tap
wrench.
The kit will have the drill, tap, inserts & the insertion tool.
Mize well learn how to do it now, & you'll be an expert the next time...
