Could also be driveline alignment. I once replaced the tranny mount and the motor mounts and right after that there was a vibration that only occured at acceleration. The change in position of tranny nose change the angles just enough to develope a slight vibration.

Also check for a missing weight on the driveshaft. You may want to have the whole drive shaft re-balanced. for me it was $80 and they painted the whole thing too! It looks like new.
