Or unplug the rear connector on the PCM, and wait 30 seconds, then plug it
back in. No need to unhook the battery.

Disconnect the Negative side of the battery, turn the key to the START
position (hold for 10-15 seconds), turn the key OFF, reconnect the battery.
This will do a hard reset on the system.
