And when I replaced my passenger side hub, I used a Timken branded one from
Vatozone. Timken has always been a major name in bearings, so figured it
would be a good one to use as I've heard stories of other off brand ones
failing.

I got over 120K on my stock '99 bearings(totaled the truck before they
needed replaced), and got almost 100K out of my stock passenger side bearing
and am still running my stock drivers side bearing with 111K on the clock on
my 2000.

Two Trucks, '97 just over 250K on it, the '02 has about 150K

Bearings are RATED to 100K but don't bet on getting that!

Serious question, though. I dunno, I mean maybe he does a lot of off-road
driving (but with a 2wd?), or lives in an area with lots of potholes or
something. It just seems an odd thing to be replacing "many times."
