I had a squeaky noise like that once. Turns out it was the universal joint on the drive shaft. Might be something to check out too.

Yet another fun symptom for my truck... a "squeak squeak squeak" noise whos frequency is speed dependent coming from what sounds like the passenger side. You can only hear it with the passenger side window rolled down and driving by something that reflects the sound back.

I thought it was perhaps the brake pad dragging slightly but the noise doesn't decrease with brake pressure. Is this a wheel bearing going? I'm not looking forward to the $140 layout for a new hub assembly.
I guess the death of my finances by nickels and dimes continues. I'm having a hard time keeping up with all these repairs. Sigh.
