I'm bringing my smoker and will be able to cook up enough meat for the
group. What I need to know is what type of meat you want. The
following are choices:
Port Butt
Beef Brisket
Chicken (legs, thighs)
Ribs (but I had this last year).
The smoker can hold up to 30 lbs of food and will cook unattended for up
to
6 hours.
Depending on the meat, I may ask for complimentary donations.
