If it was a "recovery strap" rather than a tow strap there's no way I'd
do this as they're meant to stretch like a rubber band and snap a
vehicle out of the mud... this was a plain 'ol 4000lb tow strap. I can
see someone launching a stump over the roof of their house with a
recovery strap. ;)
