3/16 drill bit...drill down 3/8 and knock it off with a hammer and chisel.
No abrasive wheel dust...very clean and easy

Of course you need a good / new drill bit.....takes no time at all

Yep, much easier to grind off the tops of the rivets on the upper arms
then use a BFH to knock them off. The lowers you still need to use an
air chisel or hammer and punch to knock the rivets out since the ball
joints are sandwiched in the middle, even after grinding off the heads.
