It's in Allpar's report on the conference call. I haven't listened to the
entire 8 hour presentation myself, so I'm just going on what's been
reported.

Either:
- We shouldn't start panicking yet about something that could "possibly"
happen two years from now, or
- Now is the time to start writing letters to let them know how we feel,
before the final decisions get made. That assumes they actually care
about customer input.

It looks like the Dakota we know is definitely gone as of 2011.
