Hey Guys

I'm finishing up my heater / evap core job and I have a question.....

On the right side of my steering column there is a yellow plug that is
connected to the
the metal cross brace under the column....

For some reason I am finding that the wire is cut.... I'm not sure where it
is supposed to be going...

Can anyone tell me?
