Matt : The policeman didn't pull you over. It might be coincidence that he was behind you. Perhaps you should spend the money for a new muffler and not be stressed. When driving in the USA I have the caps off my dumps. I've been stopped for speeding twice and headlight covers once. They never charged me and said have a good day , I like your truck was their comment.
