Leave the fluid in the old diff; it remains sealed through the removal
process. But with the junkyard one, you may want to change the fluid. It's
your choice, but its also a simple procedure although a little messy. You'll
need RTV to make a new gasket. Matt (on this list) can tell you which side
of the bolts the RTV bead should go (hint: inside the bolt circle) :)
