that's a "club cab", and you have a 44RE.

no different than in a 4x2. need trans, crossmember, mounts, pedals,
master and slave, ECU, driveshafts. only difference between doing it
in a 4x4 vs 4x2 is number of driveshafts you need to modify and
whether you need a 4x4 or 4x2 donor trans.

oh - and you'd have to take care of the tcase input shaft. they
differ in length between 4x4 and 4x2 applications.

miles?

may just be time for a rebuild. may get more life from it just by
adjusting your bands if you haven't had the pan off in 8 years and who
knows how many miles.

and open front diff is the non-problem you're looking at. only one
front tire will spin, it's an open diff.... no you don't want to fix
this, you'll break the housing if you actually use a traction aide in
a little D35I aluminum housing with a V8 and some weight over it.
They spit the pinion out.

don't listen to me, I know nothing - except how to spend your money :)
