Only problem you should have is you will have to cut the hole in the floor pan
for the 4x4 gear shifter. Otherwise it should be a straight forward deal.

If you would mind a suggestion? Since I have considered this plan myself...

Remove the bed first.

If you want to leave the engine, transmission, and drive line in place, do
this:

Remove the radiator, and the radiator support. (two bolts on either side of
the front fender nose, and then the two cab-to-frame mounts at the end of the
frame, radiator support removes easily then)

Raise the cab up off the frame enough to clear the frame and anything in the
way... you might need to get creative with that part. Best way is if you have
access to a shop 2 post lift. You want to try and lift the cab at the cab
mounting points, as they are the strongest parts of the cab. The floor pan
alone is not strong enough to support the weight of the cab.

Roll the chassis out forward from under the cab, roll the replacement chassis
back under.

Installation is reverse of removal :)
