My suggestion would be to lift the bed. It can be done with 1 person
with preparation or more easily with 2. 10 people make it a breeze. If
you have only yourself to rely on, you will need patience and lumber.
If you have a lifting point, then a couple of 4x4's, some rope, and a
come-a-long will do the job if you are very careful. 2 hands makes this
  easier [and safer]. 10 people mean you can just unbolt it and carry
it off, no need for acrobatics.
