I realize how the thread started. I was the one who claimed I have been
up to 150 mph (In reality, since I live in Canada, the radar gun that
clocked me said 237 km/h, but that is roughly 150 mph).

When did the Fed's drop that requirement? ChryCo has been using that
Speedo since at least 92.
