I'll be the first to admit that I don't know much about lift kits, and I
don't have a whole lot of experience pulling boats, but I'll go ahead and
make a fool of myself anyway. :)

Maybe it would be cheaper and more convenient to mount a winch on your
truck? That is, back the boat up to the ramp, disconnect the trailer from
your truck while (or after) hooking the winch cable to the trailer
tounge. Then, lower the boat back into the water with the winch, launch the
boat, and just winch the trailer back up to your truck. If you didn't want
to mount the winch to the back of the truck, you would have to disconnect the
trailer, turn around, and hook the trailer up to the winch... (Or run the
cable underneath the truck to the trailer, if nothing under the truck
gets in the way of the cable.)

This would have the added benefit of giving you a tool to get out of
tight spots in the future. (i.e. if you ever drive into a ditch or
get stuck in the mud, you can use the winch to help pull you out.)

   Just a thought...
