I just had the clutch replaced in my 88 Dakota, 3.9 5 speed, it now
has a vibration when the RPM's are greater than 2500. The clutch works
fine, although I do have a noise ocasionally just before shifting. The
flywheel was re-surfaced at the time when the clutch was replaced as
well.
Is it possible that the flywheel was misaligned with the crank shaft?
Is there a cover I can remove to check the pressure plate torque?
Can anyone suggest another cause?
Thanks, Kipp
