Brake pads, shoes, discs and drums and clutches are normally not covered
by warranty by any manufacturer because they are subject to wear and abuse
that's pretty much beyond the manufacturer's control.
My '92, 4x4 with almost 70k miles needs front pads (just barely), but the
rears have probably 5/32's lining left (1/16 service limit).
