Take a look at the cowl cover. This is the thin sheet of metal around
the wiper area. It is held on by two tabs under two hooks by the base of the
windshield. On mine the tabs were not bent correctly under the hooks,
allowing slop or play which sounded like a rattle at high speed. You can
check this standing still by just pulling up and down on the edge of the cowl
at the base of the windshield. If there is play, most likely that is it.
Take it off and re-bend the tabs so they grab better.
