Guys;
So.. I guess the obvious question to my Overdrive Shifting problem is...
(This is based on reading all of the tranny posts) Is my problem - contiuously
shifting into and out of overdrive after a 20 minute high speed warmup -
a transmission problem or is it a Engine problem and the tranny is actually
doing what its supposed to (Shifting at the correct power points)? I do seem
to have a "lack of power" at times, but I'm not sure that this hasn't always
been like this. Stock Pickups with no mods are _not_ generally thought of
as "muscle cars". Maybe the power characteristics are normal.
You'd think after 45K miles and 5+ years of ownership I would recognize a
change in Power.
Maybe I just don't pay enough attention to 'normal' situations and
circumstances... but one thing is for sure, I have an astute eye for the
Obvious. ;-|.
