Chrysler does NOT make suckwad trannies. Only Ford can be so accused.
Chevies are nearly bulletproof, but they're not very efficient. The
Chrysler slush pumps were, for a very long time, the most efficient
in the industry. They are still the smoothest shifting.

Kuk or Jules:
Could you lay out the heritage of the ChryCo trannies used in the Dakota.
Is the A500 related to the 727? Isn't a 904-derivative only available on
full-size Rams (behind the V10 and Cummins diesel)?
