Where did it go?

My 97 is suposed to have roller rockers...but it is rated at only 230
horsepower. The extra 10 horse power came from the new
induction...suposably, so where did the 15 horse power go? I'll tell
ya. After close investigating, I quickly noticed that my viscous fan
that I had on my 95 is now gone. According to Mopar Performance's
catalog, that is good for 16 horsepower. At 33$ through jegs, I think
it will be my next purchase.
