If the rear end is that much higher, I would take a look at the front
adjustment first. The FSM has instructions for measuring the front
ride height. One real advantage of the torsion bars is the ability to
adjust the springs' preload. For 2WD, maybe coil spring spacers, or
a stiffer aftermarket spring set.

Also, if you have the tow package, but are more concerned about ride
height than towing - have a spring shop take out the overloads.
