Windage Tray Answer

A windage tray is a plate type part placed below/around the bottom of your
engine block, between crankshaft and oil reservoir (oil pan) to keep your
sloshing oil from hitting the crankshaft counters. The old *Direct
Connection* manual indicated that this was good for a few HP. Most of the
Mopar H.O. muscle car engines had them.
