I just saw, in the July edition of Mopar Muscle, an ad from Mopar
Performance. Part of the ad says: "NOW AVAILABLE: Retrofit the 5.2/5.9
Magnum Engine into your Pre-'92 RAM or Dakota!" I don't really know
anything about this particular topic and I don't know if they are talking
about putting a V8 in a truck that previously had a V8 or a V6. I just
thought I would mention it as it might be of some help. It's on page 66.
