air filter houseing

any one (near IL) replace their air filter houseing with an open element and
still have the stcok houseing and ducts?? i(from a 5.2 or 3.9) if so i'd like
to buy them if someone is willing to part with them...i know there is no way
in hell i will find one in a junkyard (dakota's live forever ;)...any help
would be apreciated..
