Wind whistle, which I have determine (in my case) that it is coming from
the air box that is connected to the cowl for fresh air, I'll just have to
live with it.

My windshield washer fluid was siphoning out thru the nozzles, added CC TSB
for LH series check valve.

Go for it, cheap modification, you'll love it.

BTW, Mr. Agnew is correct get the mud flaps and rocker protectors, I
recommend the heavy rubber flaps #82202910. Try this company for real nice
rocker protectors (in lieu of running boards):
