I'm using 10W-30 Mobil 1 synthetic. I used dino oil up to 10,000 miles
for a better break in, and then switched to the synthetic. I've got 20,000
miles on the synthetic with no problems so far. I used the same stuff in
my 3000GT VR-4 for about 30,000 miles with no problems. Of course, with
motor oil, I don't think you'd really know how good your choice was until
you get up around 100,000 or more miles...
I change the oil and put in a new filter (Fram) every 3,000 miles.
