You should have received a warrenty book that covered all the aspects of the
7/70 warrenty. Ask the dealer, if that does not work contact the CC zone
office.

BTW CC just bought me a new distribuator at 55,000 miles for my '93 Dakota.
Thanks CC and shame on the dealer who said it was not covered.
