This, pardon my French, crap about not having to change fluids is IMHO
designed to keep repair facilities in business. It costs a little to
change the final drive lubes, tansmission lube (either auto or manual) and
transfer case, but how much did the truck cost and how much aggravation
and expense are you willing to put up with?
It's not a bad job to do or have someone else do, costs a few bucks, but
so do repairs.
