} You're right, I'm still confused. The brochure I have for the Firehawk
} RMT lists an LTP255/70R15 and says that it is a replacement for the
} P235/75R15. The web page (www.firestone-usa.com/FHRMTtec.htm) does not
} list this tire, but has an LTP225/70R15 with a diameter of 29.4.
} Goodyear (www.goodyear.com/Home/new/WRANGLERATSd.html) says the
} P235/75R15 is .4 inches less in diameter at 29.0. Do you think the
} Firestone web page has a typo and the LTP225 should be the LTP255?

I think the web page has the typo. No way a 225/70 is 29.4" in
diameter. Figure it out for yourself: 225mm / 24.5 (mm/in) * .70 * 2 +
15". I think they are talking about a 255. What the hell is a "LTP"
tire? "P" tires are "passenger" tires. "LT" tires are "Light Truck"
tires. LT tires have lower speed ratings, much thicker tread, higher
load ratings, and higher pressure ratings.
