The first thought I have is, its not their car/truck what do they care.
They've got a tedious job ( drive cars back and forth in a parking lot! )
so I'm sure they want to have a little fun irrespective of the consequences
to the engine. After all the damage wont be evident right away, the final
owner may only see the results as reduced engine life
(thats maybe).

I don't recall wheter my Dak manual mentions this or not but my previous
truck, a Nissan, stated specifically that the truck should'nt be driven
over 55 mph for the first 250 miles.
