Just thought someone out there might find humor or something in this.
My brother in law bought a 97 Dakota in November of 1996 that maroon
color SLT. I buy a Sport Jade in February. Well his truck starts to shed
its paint by March and Chrysler Corp buys it back after exhausting every
avenue. He gets a 97 SLT Dark Green last month. 2 days later his
windshield cracks from stress. The dealer brings in a shoe maker to
replace the windshield. After the 3rd attempt by the shoe maker he
slips with the saw and gouges his roof. Needless to say he is driving a
98 SLT aka the Barney Truck Purple. Has anyone out there been through 3
Dakotas in 10 months ?
