Well, it might just be those particular cars, I've driven dozens of cars
with autos, and have never had one roll back, with the Ram it didn't even
roll back when I had the trailer behind it, and I had to stop on some
steep hills (60 degree and steeper inclines). I've driven several
manuals and can drive them pretty well, I just prefer autos.
