I drove my nissan 5 speed for 10 years and 140K miles before I bought
my V8 Dak Auto. I loved the manual... but I really like just being able
to put it into D and drive the 32 miles to work each day.
I DO miss the ability to start off in 2nd or 3rd gear in the rain or
snow. With the v8 auto... my tires generally spin quite a bit on slick
pavement till they get any traction.
