Shift problem could be a cable adjustment at the throttle body. BUT I would
take it to a reputable Chrysler products service dept. The Dakotas are a
different breed and need knowledgeable service. I know the 93 timing is
controlled by the computer through a sensor off the fly wheel, the
distributor contols the injector timing and is not done with a timing light.
You need special equipment and knowledge to tune them properly and it sounds
to me that you did not get a quality job.
