Where are you guys(gals) getting all those parts?
-I've been to dealers and looked thru the Direct Connection(Mopar bible)
and all I see is the' 50's to the year 92 or 93 and yes I know there's a
new computer that can be put in, but why should the dealer get all the
glory when the other cars can go to any PEP BOYS, or WESTERN AUTO to get
their speed equiptment for 1/2 the costs.
-I've been to speed shops and asked about a Turbo and a Supercharger or
any other speed equipment for a DAK and all I get is" we can sell you a
set of tires?" DUH--I don't need tires dude, I need more power and speed.
-I would like to know where these 1.7ratio rockers come from. In the old
days of Fords & Chevs (hasbeens), we used to just chinch up the rocker
nuts a little and it gave us a bit more power, but it didn't last 'cause it
burned out the valves. What's the difference and what's the stock ratio.
 - Yes there's tire/wheel combos, axle gears, headers, and various other
little parts, but some of these parts can give a false sense of actual power
and more give to the sound side or they throw off the speedo as in the size
of wheel or tires.
- I have a '95 Xcab,V-8(318)5.2L,small block, run-of-the-mill,run what you
brung(any other politically correct thing nowadays( GAG-ME)
 -3.55 2x4 shortbox,custom 3" duel xhaust,SLT interior(all options), and
automatic trans(I bought it used from a leasing program).
- looking for chrome accessories(V-covers,air cleaner, and various other
shiney things)
-1.7 ratio rockers,cams, timing gears(not chain,because that's the weakest
link in the engine) also is the tappets,
 hydraulic or roller?
-automatic trans kits and can a person put a B&M auto shifter in without
much F%@#%$ing work, or is the collumn linkage tied into anything?
-nobody has yet come out with a turbo or supercharger yet-where are these
being put on at?
-lastly(yeah right) I've talked to wheel people about wheel/tire combos and
they will only go with what's stock 15x6.5 on the truck and
235-65-15,because of the ANTI-lock rear.
   thanks for listening.
