  Hmm, that's strange. 30 minutes isn't too bad, but 6-12 hours seems a
bit extreme. And you should get them all, even if they're a little late.
Does this only happen with the DML, or could there be a problem thats local
to you?

   The new list probably will be a bit slower than the old one, since there
is a lot more volume moving through those servers, and list traffic is
considered "bulk" mail, so sometimes if there is a pinch, it will be
held back while "more important" messages go through.
