Dunno if you had a specific product in mind, but if you mean
gas-line antifreeze (which claims to "drive moisture out"),
then you could also use isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. It's the
same thing, but costs about 70% less, comes in bigger bottles,
and is probably easier to find in a country where they don't
need antifreeze.
Even if you had something else in mind, I'd bet alcohol would
work fine.
