        Mine were in the bag with the adapter plug, and your dealers
needs to fess up with the relays.
        As far as the chains go my book says this....

        Use only class "S" chains...

        Do not install on the front end of a 4X2...

        Do not use chains on the rear of 4X2's with larger that P215
75 R15 tires....

        Do not use chains on the front of a $x$ with bigger than p215
tires...

        No chains on a 4X4 with biger than p235 tires...

        Seems "light" to me, but I live in Arizona, what the hell do I
know about snow? =3D]
