I don't really know what could be causing your problem, but if you're not
already using it you might try putting some Rain-X on your windshield. I
don't own stock in the company or anything, but that stuff really works,
it's not just some gimmick. If you ever drive in the rain with it one time
you will never want to do with out it.

I have to agree with the Rain-X. I have driven in some pretty heavy rain with it and while everyone else has the wipers on high, I don't even have mine on at all. It really is some amazing stuff. The rain drops just roll off. It only performs well for about a month and then you need to re-aply it, but that doesn't take too long...
