bed weights

the lever idea would work if you know where the pivot point is. i
personally have no idea. the best way i have found to weigh down a truck
is right over the wheels. you can use a few 2x4's to make a small h shape
hold the sandbags/kitty litter (use the one that you will most likely use
for something else or that is cheapest) in place. hope this helps....
