I have the same problem with water leak.
There is a TSB out for this problem and it points to the seams
on top of the cab just as Ned found out!
I have not had a chance to try and fix mine yet but Ned's process
seems like a good idea. The TBS says to remove the trim pieces
and I really did not want to do that.
Weird how a leak in back of the roof can form a puddle on the floor
but it happens and the TBS and Ned prove it!
