It's inside the Marine Corps' Camp Pendleton. The road is also normally
closed to POV's (Privately Owned Vehicles). They make an exception for
hunters during deer season (me). Otherwise, it's only used by HUMVEEs
during exercises, or the MPs, who use older model Dodge Ram pickups.
