Oh yeah, definitely don't want to forget about Yellowstone, from the
pictures I've seen Yellowstone has to be about the most beautiful place on
the planet, same goes for Glacier, I guess I'll have to wait till I get
there and see it personally to decide which is more beautiful... I'll
definitely want to pick up one of those maps, I'd like to hit all the
trails and see how tough the Daks really are, I'm sure I'll have no
problems, the cool thing about the Daks (At least the old design, did
they widen them with the new design, if so I guess this no longer holds
true) is that they are small enough that you can take them on Jeep only
trails, can't wait to tackle all the trails, to bad I gotta wait 2 or 3
years before I can do it (The downside of college, no money for 4
years)....

Better do it soon. There is a movement to ban cars and campers from
national parks -just in the initial planning stages. You'll have to
go in by bus and leave the car/truck/camper behind. They're talking
about tearing up roads and parking lots and returning them to grass.
I guess the places are becomming too noisy & crowded, so in the future
it will be the policy to book way in advance and get bussed in (or hike)
to the camp areas. I don't know how close the parking lots will be.

Hopefully there won't be overkill on this (just the places in real
bad shape will have to do something), but you never know.
