Did your mailbox fill up and start rejecting additional mail? If
that happens, or if your ISP starts rejecting mail for some reason, you'll
get bumped from the list if it goes on for a while.
If you find yourself off the list, just re-subscribe. If anyone
were to get kicked off for a disciplinary/ettiquite reason, I'd send
them some mail letting them know about it, rather than just kicking
them off. So, if you don't know why you're no longer on the list, it
was either an accident, computer glitch, or your address was rejecting
messages. In any of these cases, just re-subscribe, and if it was my
fault, please accept my apology. :-)
