I would primer and paint it myself, unless they specifically said it was
color-matched. If it were, they would sell it in red and black and other
popular Dakota colors though. So it's most likely finished with a nice
gel coat -- naked resin, basically, and NOT ready for the rigors an
automotive finish is put to.
