All the new halogen headslights are bright at night to me. It use to be
that regular brights were a lot brighter than those on dim, but now with
the halogen, it's hard to tell. Montana just passed a law requiring dimming
at 500 feet. It use to be 350. Even 500 isn't enough for some of the tall
trucks whose lights hit you about eye level.
